In the 21st century, biology science has made a rapid progress, and it has made an important influence on the world. Information technology has shown promising, and has integrated with biology science. Against this background, CAI (computer-assisted instruction) is applied in high school's biology instruction, but this application just has its beginning, and it needs much research in qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. This paper aims at the integration of CAI and MI (multiple intelligences) in high school's biology instruction. It has two purposes.1) How to integrate MI and CAI in high school's biology instruction.2) How to get best effect by using CAI in high school's biology instruction. On the direction of the theories of constructivism and multiple intelligences, thisstudy tries to develop and practice CAI course ware in biology instruction. In the control group, traditional instruction was adopted, and in the experimental group, a new instruction form-integration of CAI and MI was adopted. In the beginning of the study, pre-test using questionnaire was being practiced between the control group and the experimental group, and the results indicated that two groups had the same level in students' achievements. In the end of the process, the post-test's results pointed out that the experimental group outperformed the control group in students' achievements, Linguistic intelligence, Logic-mathematical intelligence, Bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, Naturalist intelligence(these four intelligences is included in Mi's eight intelligences). The conclusions are these:1) Mi's wide and scientific application in instruction is an effective way to develop students' latent abilities.2) CAI's application in instruction can help students get better achievements.
