Question-inquiry learning" is a new teaching method called for by national fundamental educational reform. How to adapt it to the students in China in order to cultivate the creativity consciousness and the ability of creative thought is pressing in the background of knowledge economy. This article brings forward "Question-inquiry learning" according the practice of senior middle school education. The aim of the "Question-inquiry learning" is fundamentally changing the way of learning of students, mobilizing their subjective and creativity, and cultivating their creativity and abilities.The objects of this study are the students in grade two of QiLian senor middle school in QingHai province. Different classes grouped the students with the same number, and then design the experimental groups and control groups according to the two factor, namely, the teaching methods(B) and the teaching materials(A) adopted.The experiment is divided into three phages according "Question-inquiry learning" theory and "follow in order and step by step" teaching principle. The first phage is to induct the students to inquiry. Teachers can use different methods, such as experiments, experiments demonstration, teaching models, available experimental images, slides, introduction of interesting stories happened in science and daily life, and setting hypothesis etc. to create the environment of inquiry and edify and promote the students to think by themselves and bring forward their own questions. The second phage is to steer the students' inquiry. This phage is based on the fact that the students have grasped the thought and method of inquiry learning. Then Teachers should create the environment of inquiry and motivate their intention to find out questions and solve them by themselves. In the course of the cooperative, active and inquiry learning, teachers must induct and edify the students' creativity and thought. The third phage is that the students actively find out problems, cooperate in different groups and finish the question-inquiry learning indolently. The aim is to cultivate the students' ability of inquiry and creativity. It requires the students to choose the topic of research, bring forward question, analyze question and solve question and hand on a report of their experiment in the end.The study shows that the group using new materials and "question-inquiry learning" method has greater scores and big change in their learning interests, attitude and way of learning. It means the two new factors do work. The experiment is successful in improving students' learning ability, promoting their development of creativity and innovation, increasing their interests in learning, and changing their way of learning. Based on the theory of "question-inquiry learning" and the results of this experiment, it is proved that the achievement of "question-inquiry learning" in cultivating students' interest and creativity and promoting conversion of learning method is remarkable and practical. In the same way, it can also promote their initiative to take part in every kind of social activities and improve their comprehensive caliber.
