Nowadays, the intellectual factors draw more and moreattention in the education. The discipline education is the mainchannel in cultivating, but now in the mathematics teaching, howto train students' nonintellectual factors is still weak, so itbecomes a topic worth of being discussed and improved.The author explored the concepts, functions and developmentof it, stated comprehensively the training of it, pointed out themain questions, purposed meanings and creativities, discussed therelationship between mathematics teaching and nonintellectualfactors; conducted the survey about the influence; explored thetrainingprincipals, directions and methods. At last, the authormade an experiment during his teaching. The author divided thestudents in Grade7 into two groups according to the result of theirintelligence level. Through this experiment the author carried outhis teaching method, which proves that it is practical andeffective during mathematics teaching to train students'nonintellectual factors, and which It also points out somequestions and weaknesses.
