The situation of experiment teaching in high school physics teaching becomes more and more important presently. It mainly shows in: the New Course Standard advances the request of students' physics experiment capability. The school and teachers provide better experiment circumstance for them. They would have more sufficient time to do physics experiment. The author researched the theory and practice of physics experiment teaching in this thesis. Teachers inducted students to study physics by exploring mainly, and inspired students' interest of physics studying.The first part of this thesis introduces high school physics experiment course's setting in the New Course Standard. It includes the experiment course's setting in the Standard, and the analysis and comparison between the New and the Old Standard of physics experiment course during educational reform. At the same time, this thesis analyses the new characteristic of high school physics experiment course by the New Standard after the reform. For example, enhancing students' practice, paying more attention to bringing up students' scientific method and scientism, considering students' cognizance disciplinarian and psychology characteristic, introducing advanced technology, advocating to make cheap experiment instrument, setting up experiment circumstance, encouraging students to design and research the experiment by themselves. Finally, summarizing the New Course Standard's significance as: embodying of students' main body statement during their experimentation, recognizing the virtue of physics experiment investigative learning, emphasizing to bringing up students' abilities.The second part mainly introduces the theory basic of the learning by exploring in high school physics experiment teaching. At first, its springboard is the theory of education and learning. The exploring learning's theory basic is discovering learning, constructive theory, and the theory of teaching by elicitation. The learning by exploring demands teachers' direction. And then it expatiates theprinciple of exploring learning in physics experiment teaching as: students are the main body of learning, and teachers are introductory. We shouldn't process the teaching by exploring without these two principles.The third part mainly introduces the teaching practice of the learning by exploring in high school physics experiment teaching, and the teaching design, practice and practice of the investigative experimentation and the design experimentation by exploring teaching. Moreover, there are two integrated cases of teaching practice in this thesis, and the analysis is full and in-depth.
