Young college teachers are the most vigorous and innovative groups in colleges of the time. Their axiology works on not only their own development, but also the college-running orientation and the healthy growth of present undergraduate. With the fully expanding of the research on axiology, the pervasively focusing on normal education, and some problems appear in the axiology education of young college teachers, the society and colleges have attached much importance to the young college teachers' axiology education. Many scholars and educators have probed into this matter, and have drawn some conclusions. However, their study is not in-depth and systematical because most of those researches focus only on a certain aspect of the matter. Hence, based on the previous researches, this thesis attempts to make some breakthroughs on the depth and systematism of the research on the young college teachers' axiology education, especially on the contents, principles, methods and environment of the axiology education. Furthermore, the thesis puts forward some feasible suggestions according to the facts of our society, colleges and young college teachers, to facilitate the forming, solidifying and evolving of the correct axiology of young college teachers.The thesis consists of three parts.Part one explains the significance of the young college teachers' axiology education. According to the functions of education and the background which young college teachers live in, the thesis advances that the axiology education is very important for young collegeteachers, because it can guarantee our colleges' socialist orientation, benefit the teaching personnel construction in colleges, promote the healthy growth of young college teachers as well as the undergraduates.Part two analyses the situation of the actuality of the young college teachers' axiology education. Through the systematical analysis of the ideas, aims, contents, methods and environment of it, the thesis concludes the successful experiences of the axiology education as following: following the correct orientation; choosing proper contents; using various approaches and managing active environment for the axiology education. Furthermore, the thesis sums up the problems and shortcoming in present axiology education, which are: the importance we attach to the axiology education is not enough; the contents of the axiology education lacks of pertinence; the methods of the axiology education is simplex; the formalism in the axiology education is serious and the environment of the axiology education should be optimized farther.Part three brings forward the suggestions for the young college teachers' axiology education nowadays. In order to obtain the optimal effects, the young college teachers' axiology education can adopt the suggestions as following: firstly, we must think highly of the young college teachers' axiology education and establish new educational ideas; secondly, we must, in practice, clarify the objects of the axiology education, take proper educational contents, choose right educational principles and scientific methods, and optimize the environment for the young college teachers' axiology education; lastly, young college teachers must reinforce their self- education of axiology.
