With the development of teacher-profession theory and lifelong-education theory, the teacher education leads to school-based teacher education, for example, the school-based in-service education model in the USA, six-stage model of the teacher training in the Britain, under the theorical and practical background as above, school-based teacher training has developed in China .It is believed that the school-based teacher training model is to play an important part in the teacher education in the present world ."The science and technology are developing rapidly. The knowledge economy has made first appearance. The competition between countries is becoming more and more fierce."(Jiang zemin). Confronted with such an international circumstance and such a background, the school-based teacher training model is not only a practical problem with important sense but also an exciting research subject in theory.The aim of the research is to explore the theory of the school-based teacher training model. Comparing the outline of the school-based teacher education model in China with the USA and the Britain. We analyze the surrounding the school-based teacher education confronted and generalize themodel about the school-based teacher training, based on the inspecting the present situation.Surrounding the thesis of the school-based teacher training model, the research is divided into five parts.Part one. we analyze the surroundings that the school-based teacher training model confronted.In the present world at the intersection of the centuries, in view of education confronted the fierce international competence, the leaders of all countries are going all out to develop the teacher training in order to improve the quality of the education .At the same time, the teacher-profession process is develop rapidly, the teacher education model leads to school-based teacher education model.Part two.
