School based teacher training has not only become the mainstream of in-service training for teachers in developed countries such as Britain and the United States, but also more mature. In our country,at present,it is not very mature, there are many problems in theory and practice, but it can be predicted that it will become one of the main modes of in-service teacher training in the future.Through the analysis of the definition of the key concepts, and the in-depth analysis of the basic characteristics in background of school-based training mode, the paper mainly analyzes and builds the model of school-based training from the perspective of innovation diffusion,so as to provide a useful reference for the nationwide primary schools to carry out school-based teacher training. The basic premise of this study is to grasp the concept and characteristics of school-based training accurately.First of all, through the interpretation of"school-based" and "training" two core concepts, the school-based training is defined as:a teachers' continuing education project which is under the guidance of the new education theory, leaded by the administration of the education department, based on the evaluation of ability of school teachers, making full use of all kinds resources available, organized through independent planning or the cooperation with the outside world,in order to meet the development needs of schools, teachers and students, taking the self-study as well as cooperation among teachers as the basic training method, taking the various problems and solutions during teaching and the reforms of school as the main content, closely combining with teaching, learning and research and mainly taking place in teachers own school.Through studying the related papers, the characteristics of the school-based training was considered as the following ten, that is more practical, whole ranged, cheap, flexible, targeted, autonomous, adaptive, effective, available to all teachers and diverse.Secondly, the concept of "model" is a kind of "integrated model",which includes not only the structural model which is composed of various elements, but also a processed model which is composed of various systematic processes of methods. The former model refers to the analysis of the elements of school-based training model and then exploring the construction of school-based training model.Construction and implementation of it involves a number of ideas, theories, management, objectives, content, trainers, objects, procedures and evaluations. The later model is a systematic combination of the methods in practice,it means to promote the diffusion of innovation in education among primary and middle school teachers, through the ion and simplification, the process of all periods of school-based training is constructed.Based on the theory of diffusion of innovation, the school-based training model of primary and secondary school teachers starts from the appearance of educational innovation. The training procedure is:Online propagandizing—Selecting trainer-Persuading teachers dividedly offline-Discussing-Practicing-Supporting.Any theory will turn to practice, therefore, the goal of school-based training model which is based on innovation diffusion theory is also practice-applying.School-based teacher training model based on innovation diffusion theory will also be different from the past, which will be elaborated from the elements above. The model is different from other training models,it is characterized by:newer ideas, more democratic management, more attention to the everyday interactivity of teachers, the resources of learners and the innovativeness of teachers, more systematicmethods, better evaluation system and more attention to the lasting support. Finally,on the basis of The Micro class School-based Training Project, the model has been tested to be effective,so it may provide certain reference value for future school-based training.
