Man always explores the nature of a person and a series of phenomena that are relevant to human nature when man had the faculty of mentality. Human nature that is the base of sense and value has a profound and extensive influence on the existence of man, their social life and the creation and development . In order to live happily, a person must understand his own existence and human nature. The purpose to knowing human nature is to portray it, also to make us live as a reasonable person. Education makes a person a real one. Education has been one of the most important factors that affect the existence and development of human being yet . Its instrumentalism and utilitarianism gradually appear. While keeping pace with the development of science, education neglects the existence of the meaning of human nature. Only when education, examines the reality and lays out the direction of our action discreetly, can it realize instructive value and really help to from a person that possess integrated human nature.The paper mainly expounds the understanding of human nature and how to realize the perfection of human nature through education. The paper is divided into four parts.The first is the knowledge of human nature. The part discusses separately from the respects of natural attribute of a person, active reason, moral attribute and social attribute. Human nature is the combination of the concern of life and the abstraction of morality. The part concludes human nature education is the union of knowledge, sensibility and meaning.The second summarizes and generalizes the displays of inhuman nature. We find in educational field that people's utilitarianism leads to the decline of spirit through resources and investigation. The limit of teaching tasks brings about the loss of personality; the standard and quantified teachers' morality causes the distortion of personality. The fa?ade of the educational world results in questions such as the separation from practical life and the decline of lefty morality.The third analyzes the reasons why there exist the indifference and alienation of human nature in educational field. The reasons are the culture hegemony at the top of technology, the force of instrumental reason, vicious expansion of utilitarianism and powerful will of instructors.The fourth visualizes human nature education on the base of discussion of former parts. Firstly, establishes educational value tendency that centralizes people and experiences life and pursuits morality. Secondly, set up the educational ideas in the guidance of the development of people and molding of human nature from respects of founding of courses and the improvement of the educational methods. Finally, establish the methodical ideas of the aim of the perfection of human nature from founding correct educational appraisable system .About humanity, we can't grasp its all-sided meaning absolutely. But we can increasingly recognize, and perfect humanity in the process of awakening education and lead education to truth and freedom.
