Instructional dynamics is a basic question which has an significant value in the contemporary teaching theories. It is a force that obliges the teaching subjects to be engaged in teaching activities and promotes the teaching process to progress and develop positively. A tremendous achievement was Obtained in the physics teaching causes in our country during the fifty years, but a lot of problems still exist in the teaching practice, most of them are relevant to the Instructional dynamics and appear in the intellectual factors areas, such as motivation, interest, emotion and so on, the students' overall and active development was hindered and the teachers' enthusiasm was frustrated and the physics teaching effects was seriously affected by these problems. It is very important to study the dynamics of the middle-school physics teaching in order to satisfy the students' overall and active development and meet the demand of the high-quality talents in the 21st century. Based on the pedagogy and psychology and the principle of "taking teaching as the leading factor, taking study as the subject", this paper studies the question of dynamics of teaching and analyzes and discusses the essence of the motive force of teaching as well as the dynamics of physics teaching by investigating and consulting the relevant documents and further discusses the tactics of stimulating and strengthening dynamics of the middle-school physics teaching and actively promote the physics teaching activities by these tactics.
