Someone once prophesy: the 19th century is railway's era, the 20th century is highway's era , the 21th century is internet's era.At the end of the 20th century , when internet and information-highway become the hotest speaking topic in the world , the human society is stepping out of the industry civilization and entering into the information era . Internet is regarded as "the fourth medium "after newspaper , broadcast , television and gradually form a net-society . As the extendence for human life style , net society is still a human society . It needs and must have some moral norm to constrain the behavior of the network main body and adjust the relation between people . moreover , with the technology ability given by network growing, everyone needs to take responsibility for their own behavior and the created by themselves . So people who only master specially knowledge can't keep up with the pace of the net society . The more important thing is to foster the morality integrated humanity and strong responsibility for others and the society .Undoubtedly , the new standard of elite in net society pot forword the demand , the traditionally moral education can't catch the development of the society . The new ways in moral education must be on the way .This study reveal: the speedy effective, celerity, convenience and unique intercourse of the network coincide with the demand of the young students who look after illusion and independence . Under the network surrounding, the moral mainstream of our country students is healthy and upword . The grade of moral education is primary and the experience isn't denied . However , under the background full of culture collision , both the educational worker and students are confused at different degree. Especially to the students , whenthey are enjoying a lot of useful information and chances provided by the network ,something is wrong with the morality , such as :the value change , the pollution of unhealthy information etc . The moral education in school confront great challenge.To analyse the reason of the problem in moral education under the network environment, there are a few aspects: 1 . Some default and limited exists , the network surrounding is complict and lack of effective management and protection ; 2 . The young students are net mature physically and mentally ; 3 . The present education works isn't competent for the development of the net society .The 21th century is a century full of competition and various information . Facing the new century , the work of moral education should catch the chance and confront challenge , put importance on the net education . 1 . To adjust correctly the relation between inheritance and innovation and find a new way ; 2 . To try to , integrate the education on the net and not on the net , improve the students' whole ability ;3 .To build a moral education network , form a good circle system in order to push the moral education work ahead .
