Self-regulated learning is a chief subject in the research on education at present. In the field of educational theory, Self-regulated learning is considered as a very important means of teaching. While in the field of Learning theory, it is regarded as an effective style of learning, because it not only helps to improve one's study, but is the foundation of one's lifelong individual study and self development.This essay first explains some theories on self-regulated learning in a systematic way, and then discuses the tactics of improving the self-regulated learning level of mathematics in the light of the mathematics teaching method of high school and current self-regulated learning situations of high school students. And builds a class-teaching pattern which is based on the characteristics of self-regulated learning.This academic dissertation is composed of four main parts:The first part is the general discussion on self-regulated learning, it first deals with the background, significance and theoretical base. Then it states the concept, essence and affecting factors.The second part is based on the investigation on the senior mathematics leaching mode and level of the self-regulated learning of senior students, and analyses the conclusion of the investigation.The third part mainly explores the stratagem on the improvement of the level of self-regulated learning in senior mathematics.The forth part is the preliminary structure of self-regulated learning on senior mathematics teaching mode.
