Speaking and listening are the fundamental ways of lift existence between teachers and students, of educational communication. The education process is for teachers and students think and realize, accomplish the spiritual meeting and communication, and to promote mutual understanding and approval through speaking and listening, stressing the main human value and developing the virtue of mankind in the process. However in educational practice, because of negative effects in social system, value direction, traditional cultural ideas, so that speaking & listening are viewed as a means conveying and receiving knowledge and experience for teachers and students. The phenomena of poor speaking and absent listening exists and normally accepted by teachers and students, which leads to such phenomenon as "role alienation" , "life absence" , "poor thoughts" , and "lack of meanings" , making the inner most value of speaking and listening faded and dispelled as a basic way of existence and life communication. To seek and realize the inner most educational value of speaking and listening, firstly we should make clear the self-existence in educational life, expressing feelings and experience through speaking and listening, to understand each other in communication and realize distillation in understanding, displaying the value and meaning of human life; secondly, to realize the educational value of speaking and listening, we should construct a democratic and liberal culture in class to create a platform of free communication for teachers and students; thirdly, to realize the educational value requires that teachers should appear in class as a meaningful instructor in life, a guide in learning and a thinker in educational field, not as an image of authority, leader nor autocracy.
