Education exists and develops in the circumstances , the effects that circumstances can cultivate people have already been a common understanding in the educational circle. As a special form of educational activity , moral education undoubtedly develops in the circumstances .And the moral education circumstances is composed of all factors which can influence educational activities directly and indirectly. Good moral education circumstances can play a positive role in the formation and development of individual morality , while bad circumstances can hinder the formation of good individual morality in a reverse order. Therefore , moral education circumstances can play both positive and negative roles in moral education. The purpose and significance that we study moral education circumstances lie in making the most of its positive function and restraining its negative one in order to enhance the substancial results. Because the moral education circumstances outside school , as a whole system , is easily ignored in moral education practice , and because this paper is incompetent to totally analyse and discuss the moral education circumstances inside and outside school , the "moral education circumstances" in this paper refers to a narrow sense , especially the social circumstances outside the campus. However , the research of moral education circumstances hasn' t arouse enough attention of people. The public's study on the theory of moral education circumstancestends to be limited in some certain aspects , such as in communities , families , mass media and so on , and the study is also limited in many solutions about the optimization or foundation of moral education , in accordance with many problems , whereas , the people obviously lack research on the conformity among all subsystems of moral education circumstances. In this case , the researches easily fall into a strange circle , "treat head when the head aches, treat the foot when foot hurts , treat the symptoms but not the disease. " Most researches become general and vague , whole moral education circumstances , so it is very hard to make research to enhance moral education results. This paper is based on the Marxism materialist dialectics , and applies theory into practice by analyzing , summarizing the corresponding theories and documents. First of all , this paper reveals the intension of moral education circumstances , and points out that the circumstances in this paper refers to the social circumstances outside school. In the following by analyzing the struction and features of circumstances , this paper further explains the great influence which moral education circumstances make toward individual moral growth , development and moral education activities as well. On this basis , the paper comes to a conclusion: "when the value and aims which are advocated by moral education are identical to the corresponding parts advocated by moral education circumstances and when all the factors of moral education circumstances influence the moral education in the same direction , well interaction can be formed between moral education in real sense." From the basis , the conclusion also means mat the premise that moral education circumstances play positive role is the agreement betweentimes intension of moral education circumstances and direction of moral value. Furthermore , from two aspects , subsystem and mactosystem of moral education circumstances , the paper expounds the changes of moral education circumstances and the following effects. This paper also points out that the changing modern moral education circumstances bring great impacts and influences to moral education , which lead to the misplacement and inflicts on the school moral education circumstances and the value of social circumstances o Finally , to those problems , this paper works out several solutions and train of thinking as to how to further moral education circumstances.
