For the students, self-education is a kind of study that they learn by themselves after class in order to get more knowledge .The ability of learning by oneself training is a kind o'f learning skills by which the learners can find out problems and solve the problems, and by which the learners actively learn new knowledge and skills with clear aims and plans through scientific methods of learning and thinking which are based on the mastered knowledge and skills of the learners, and also by which the learners think and learn all by themselves with all kinds of means and all the conditions we have had at the present. That is, the self-education ability is a kind of synthetic skills in which the abilities to aim, to plan, to percept and read-many kinds of mental states-are included."The illiteracy in the future is not a man without knowledge is but the man who does not know how to learn. " In the new century, the technology has gotten a quick development and improvement, the inflation of knowledge and information reports explosive times. Life learning is becoming a basic skill for one to exist, and self-education is the main form of it .At the same time, it' s the need for learning about physics and the necessary way to success. Self-education ability is much more important now because it makes the individuals develop themselves continuously. So it is the basis of quality education to develop the students' self-educationability and nowadays it has become, the world current in education,the common sense among the education specialists, both abroad andhome. And developing the students' self-education ability is one of the important missions of classroom teaching in modern schools. In fact, the traditional teaching mode takes the teachers as the center, neglecting the learning activity of the students. And this kind of situation is not good for developing the students' abilityof self-education. Professor Luzhongheng, Liuxuehao, Duanlipei, Lishifa together with their teaching methods and pays attention to developing the students' ability of self-education. But we are still requested to fix our attention on a newer kind of teaching mode which fit the features of physics, and which makes the students' ability of self-education get the basic development which has the nature of length and width, for the limits of the course and the levels of students, and for the function of teaching mode is not always perfect. And of course,our study should base on the features of physics and the learning mechanism in the students.On the basis of defining training aim, scope of application, basing on the mechanism of study, ability essence, ability training, the particularity of tactics study, systematic scientific theory, constructive doctrine of teaching theory, grasping the theory of studying etc., I draw a conclusion:It is the classroom that trains ability of learning by oneself effectively; the basis of realization is to study" the strategy of study"; conditions of realization are preparing meticulously in order and paying attention to cultivation of unintelligence factors; the means of realization are feedback, appraisal, and then I get the correct principles of implement. At last, after analyzing the influential factors inside and outside for the development of learning by oneself ability, I propose the mode of "developing-in-rank" that trains the ability of learning by oneself, that is, dividing the course of developing learning by oneself ability into three steps which are closely connected with and effected by each other: strategies learning, ability forming, establishment of ability and habits. And then I define the conditions of realization and teaching tactics pf the modes and measurement of appraisal.With the purpose of examining the accuracy of the theoretical foundation and the substantial results of the mode, I have carried on practice to study again, including research approaches, implement of experiment, analysis and results of experimentalconclusion and unsolved problems.
