It is the unique way to raise the comprehensive quality of the students in the foreign trade vocational schools and promote rapidly and healfhily development of China foreign trade by putting into effect the quality education. This paper mainly focuses on the related theory of the quality and its education. Meanwhile the paper also makes an analysis on the present situation and existing problems of the quality education and then puts forward a set of improved measures.The paper is composed of three parts. 1. Statement of related theory: This part briefs readers on development of the quality education idea in foreign trade, and then expound respectively the structure and the characteristics of the quality of middle-class talented person majoring in foreign trade, the target of the quality education and the basic contents of the quality education. 2. This part makes a study on the present situation on the achievement and existing problems of the quality education in the foreign trade vocational schools in China. The author also makes his own comments on those problems. 3. In regard of the problems existed in the quality education in the foreign trade vocational schools, this part brings up proposals and even adoptable measures for improvement.On the basis of the description and study in the above three sections, the author advances his view as follows: 1. It is the current of time and the demand of foreign trade development in China by putting into effect the quality education of the students in the foreign trade vocational schools and fostering thousands ofmiddle-class talented person majoring in foreign trade with higher comprehensive quality and professional quality, what will undoubtedly makes a far-reaching impact on the transformation of the education idea, the education system, the methods and the contents of education and the education model in the foreign trade vocational schools. 2. It is now only a beginning for the quality education of the students in the foreign trade vocational schools in China, of which there exist many problems mainly coming from inappropriate management of the foreign trade vocational schools. 3. The author finally gives proposals for the development of the quality education by adopting measures such as renewing the education idea at first, and then amplifying rules and regulations for the quality education, bettering teaching methods, improving way of running the schools and following with interest and outcome.
