It is definely proposed that we should focus our maths teaching among all the students, valuable maths for everone and the one for learner's development in the standard of National Maths Crriculum for Basic Edueation. In order to achieve the aims, studens need to learn and develop actively and individualisticly with the teacher's instucctions.Doing a lot of research about the theory and practice of individualized maths teaching method will promote the reform of teaching method, improne the education quality and realize the task of the new curriculum.Chapter 1. clarify the basic theory of the individuali/ed teaching method.Chapter 2. Explain the significance of the methord.Chapter 3. Set forth some teaching models which can be followed.Chapter 4, practice - Do some reseach by lead-in teaching method and scientific research model.Describe some views about evaluation of the individuali/ed teaching method, especially supporting the developing evaluation. Analyze its basic theory and ways.
