Since the "Core Accomplishments System of Students Development in Each Study Stage" has been proposed in the Views on Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of High Moral Values Establishment and People Cultivation,published by the Ministry of Education in March,2014,accomplishment education has become a new direction and research hotspot of curriculum reform school education.Enhancement of students' core accomplishments,cultivation of students' comprehensive abilities,and promotion of students' all-round development have turned into the vital missions of geography teachers in the new era.Geography teachers need to carry out the teaching reform and exploration of geography curriculum perseverely in a down-to-earth manner.Under the guidance of the all-round development theory,lifelong learning theory,and the new geography curriculum standard idea,applying the research methods of literature,interview investigation,action research etc.,this paper focuses on exploring the cultivation of core accomplishments of students in junior high school geography teaching.The studies include the contents of core accomplishment cultivation of geography teaching in junior high school,involving the composition of the anthroposophy,comprehensive thinking,regional cognition and geography practice in the contents of geography junior high school;include the strategies of core accomplishment cultivation of geography teaching in junior high school,involving the interview surveys combining the characteristics of the junior high school students and junior high school geography teachers,proposals of attention to students' development,deepening of comprehensive thinking,enhancement of hands-on activities,stress on the strategies like feeling experience;include the ways of core accomplishment cultivation of geography teaching in junior high school,involving the new ways such as the problem teaching applied to the core accomplishment cultivation,forest classroom,and study in traveling,to respectively explore from the perspectives of the teaching characteristics,basic requirements,procedures,etc,of the new mode.Combined with the "Human Settlements——Settlement" classroom teaching case,the "Chongqing in Our Side" extracurricular teaching case,and the "Visiting the Most Beautiful Famous Mountains in China" summer vacation study traveling case,the cultivation of students' core accomplishments in junior high school geography teaching is further discussed and refined in terms of design intent,circuit design,concrete implementation and summary,etc.On the basis of the teaching case design and feedback,teaching suggestions strategies like deepening junior school geography teachers' understanding of the core accomplishments,strengthening the application of flexible and varied teaching methods,and optimizing the use of modern information technology teaching are put forward.This paper conducts a deeper analysis and exploration on the contents,strategies,and ways of students' core accomplishment cultivation in junior high school geography teaching as well as the teaching cases inside and outside the classroom,which is conductive to improving the teaching efficiency of geography classroom teaching in junior high school,and better to carrying out the cultivation of students' geography core accomplishments.However,the following problems remain to be studied: the deepening and extension of the model method suitable for the cultivation of geographic core accomplishments;further refinement of the specific countermeasures and feasible measures of cultivation;the feasibility analysis and feedback exploration of the teaching design cases used for geography classroom teaching and extracurricular concerning their practices in different grades and schools,so as to do constant conclusion and optimization.
