Based on the four competences and 22 elements raised in a report entitled "Becoming enterprising: technical guidelines" in a conference of United Nations UNESCO on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education in Bangkok of Thailand in 1994,this paper have a theoretical and practical research on Training Strategies of Chinese college students'entrepreneurial accomplishments. In view of the problems of the students'cultivation of entrepreneurship, the paper makes use of case studies and survey methods etc., discusses the concepts and methods of promoting college students'entrepreneurial accomplishments from the aspects of optimizing the setup of entrepreneurship curriculum and innovating instructional models of students'venture.This paper includes four parts:Chapter-1 Introduction On the basis of focusing attention on the training of college students'entrepreneurial accomplishments at home and abroad, this paper describes the background of related studies and raises the research questions, describes research projects and status.Chapter-2 Concept and Theoretical Basis This paper expounds concepts of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial accomplishments etc., and it describes the theoretical basis of the study.Chapter-3 A Case Study: the Status and Causes of College Students'entrepreneurial Accomplishments. With subjects of investigation from JiangXi Normal University and through questionnaire, the author makes analysis on the status of college students'entrepreneurial accomplishments, and discusses the main reasons that the college students lack ventures Literacy.Chapter-4 Countermeasures and Consideration on Training Strategies of College students'Entrepreneurial Accomplishments. According to the conclusion of investigating college students'entrepreneurial accomplishments and reforming modes of personnel training, and the training programs of Venture Education Centre, from the two dimensions of curriculum and teaching the author raises strategies and recommendations of training college students'entrepreneurial accomplishments.
