This topic, which is set in the new course reform and new material, is to probe senior biological experiments and new teaching methods to overcome the present teaching disadvantages in the prescribed order and improve experimental teaching effect from theory and practice.With the direction of the probing teaching idea, according to the senior students' knowledge, skill standard, and psychology character, the author has made a deep analysis on new material of senior biology, developed the experiment probing teaching practice in groups. On one hand, tap fully new teaching material; make students design experiments by themselves in comfortable, peaceful atmosphere; change experimental objects; reform experimental methods; explore the probing topic deeply; and build knowledge meaning and values by themselves; on the other hand, infiltrate experiment teaching in the theory teaching, learn general procedure of scientific research, and make students master research methods for biology science. One period of teaching practice showed that experiment probing teaching can excite students' interest in learning biology, improve learning achievement, develop students' creating spirit, ability and personality; promote the reform of teaching methods; help teachers' growing up.This topic is to do basic exploration for experiment teaching, to provide some specific teaching tactics and cases .The author hopes the problems found in practice which remain to be settled can attract colleagues' attention.
