Music is beautiful and happy. Preschool music education can really promote the happy growth of the infant in an all-round and harmonious way by paying close attention to the infant's development and spirit needs. The theory of the quality education and The Guidance in Preschool Education (temporary) are used in this article as guidance. This article puts forward the core of the preschool music education: Aesthetic and Happy. It provides a detailed study on the implications, primary features, theoretical basis, operating principles, teaching models and effective factors. The article also analyses the result of carrying out this type of preschool music education and appraises it. This subject has been researched deeply and widely in practice in Fujian Province and got obvious teaching effects. Its theory and experience can give the teachers who work in kindergarten a perfect good guidance. There's much hi its theory and experience that we can make use of in the theory research of preschool music education.
