With social transforming and economic restructuring, profound changes have taken place in social environment, which put forward new demands to the teams of moral education in higher-level institutions. So, it is a very urgent strategic task to make positive efforts so as to build a high quality moral-education teams. Educational authority at all levels and higher-level institutions should pay more attention to this task, and really recognize the importance and urgency of the task of motivating this team, and regulate and perfect related policies and institutions as soon as possible. So the construction of this team will be more standard and institutional. With principal-agent theory as the basic analysis tool, this paper testifies in detail the possible actions taken by moral-education teachers- as rational persons-in different information circumvents, and what institutions accordingly should be lay out by higher- level institutions so as to motivate teachers to make more efforts. This paper is supposed to provide a new way. of thinking to the standardizations and institutionalization of the moral-education teachers.
