Research Of Universities' Industry Reform Based On Principal-agent Theory

The development of universities' industries is significant to the construction of universities in China. The reform of universities' industries must follow the rules of socialist market economy, participating in market competition and building a modern enterprise system. The development of universities' industries must be helpful to the education and scientific research in universities.This paper used the principal-agent theory to analyze the problems in the development of universities' industries based on specific cases, suggested universities' industries build a modern enterprise system that can promote the integration of Industry-Academia-Research and the sustainable development of universities' industries.
