Moral education exits and habits in a world of human beings , a life world full of active lives where people associate with each other. However, affected by the success of natural science , people in the education realm attempt to learn from the classical natural science and use the subject-object of the opposite theory to standardize the moral education. Therefore, in the traditional moral education area, the teacher is the subject, while the student is the object like a bag waiting to be filled with. It is believed that students would become moral persons and live well with the others if they accept the ethic that the teacher imbue them with. This type of moral education can just cultivate some people without independency and reliability because it ignores the students' subjectivity and suppresses their characters. While the modern moral education goes to another extremes and it change the center of the teacher into of the students so that the moral education overemphersizes the students' freedom and weakens the teachers' role in leading for the right idea of value. In the world full of variant values this type of moral education in which teachers holds neutral position like this and students freely choose their concepts of value will doubtlessly make the students'value in a fuss. Regardless of the teachers being the subject and the students being the object or on the contrary ,it is a moral education with a single subject. This type of moral education with a single subject ignores the intersubjectivity among people so that it makes the absence of love in the moral education and turns the moral education into knowledge teaching and cognitive training. We should know that the kindness is not the outer moral rules and thought training, but a kind of intersubjective communicating experience among people. Only while one is present and shows strong feeling of love by communicating with others the kindness can be created. The moral education aiming at intersubjectivity tries to make the moral education come back to the life world full of people in whichteachers and students comprehend, communicate and conceive each other by equal talk and democratic communication. And they will grow up together with their lives meeting with and their soles bumping with each other.The paper is divided into three parts:The first part is intersubjectivity and moral education. The paper makes a conclusion that moral education is an intersubjectivity activity by interpreting the connotation of intersubjectivity ,the concept of moral education and the relation between the intersubjectivity and the moral education.The second part is the context of the moral education of intersubjectivity. The philosophy of intersubjectivity is the theme of the times and theoretical origin of moral education of intersubjectivity. The globlizing world is the background of the moral education of intersubjectivity. People are associating with others more than ever. Dialogue and communication are becoming the theme. The moral education of a single subject has gone into an awkward predicament because it cannot cultivate talented persons. Moral education of intersubjectivity goes beyond it and meets the need of the times.The third part is the theory construction of the moral education of intersubjectivity. It is the subject of the paper. The paper constructs the moral education of intersubjectivity through several aspects such as humanity, methodology and the practicing progress and the prerequisite of the moral education of intersubjectivity.
