Research On The Establishment Of The University Moral Education Of Communication Mode And Its Implementation Strategy

Moral education in University has made remarkable achievements in China. However there are still some weaknesses. Moral theory in university becomes weaker; moral education in university needs to be improved; moral education rule in university needs to be studied. Facing the current situation, we should reflect on the theory and practice in moral education, introduce and update the moral education idea in university, and find the inherence. Education is originated from communication, communication mode of moral education in university make the university moral education practice back to the life of students and teachers and return to their own spiritual requirements, which get the unity of personal and social needs. According to Marx and Habermas' communication theory, using some views and thoughts that can cause the reflection of moral education in university, renewing moral ideas, and trying to establish the communication mode and implementation strategy of moral education in university. This paper enriches the theory and practice of moral education in university.The first part firstly explains the definition of communication mode of moral education in university, based on the definitions of "Communication " and " Moral Education of Communication ". Secondly, According to Marx's and Habermas' communication theories, it describes the theoretical basis for communication mode of moral education in university. Thirdly, it discusses the necessity, effect and significance on communication mode of moral education in universityThe second part discusses the establishment of moral education in university from several aspects:the concept, principle and process and so on. Communication of moral education in university fully reflects the concept of people-oriented; its basis is the rich life world. Communication mode of moral education in university should follow these principles:inter-subjectivity principle; situational principle; equal principle; interaction principle; understanding principle; flexibility principle. Communication mode of moral education in university must follow these processes:communication; understanding each other; further formation; consensus share.The third part discusses the implementation strategies of communication of moral education in university, which unifies the theory and the practice. First of all, this thesis promotes environmental protection for the realization on communication mode of moral education in university, that is, the campus cultural environment of "people-oriented", the system environment of "personal growth mentoring" and the practice environment of "return to life-world". Secondly, this thesis establishes a situational model of communication mode of moral education in university, including:the "problem-centered" classroom education context, the "return to life" communication situation and "mutual cooperation" theme activity situation. Thirdly, this thesis puts forward the operation way: the scene dialogue interaction, the organized dialogue interaction, the life dialogue interaction as well as the media dialogue interaction.
