The main trend of Today's international information education is education based on the network. First of all , this article demonstrates the developing schedule and present situation of our country's education based on the network after 1998. It also points out the urgent need of subject websites ' construction to the development of information education. From the point of its features and content. It specifically states the concept of subject websites and the functions, analyze the present situation of the construction and its shortcomings as well, It points out that the websites should be based on the theory of systematic science, modern study and teaching, teaching design and informational science, It takes certain scientific field as dividing standard to . collect, sort, process and summarize information broadcast and communicate through network to improve the development of teaching, studying and scientific research . The theory is the most important form of educational websites.According to the views of systematic and scientific theory , this article analyses five conditions that subject websites need to satisfy: 1. they should satisfy materials of studying, teaching and subject information and educational research. 2. They should reflect the features of subjects themselves. 3. they should suit the need to teachers, students and common visitors. 4. they should suit the collection operation , publishing communication and maintenance of information. 5. They should be an open and grouped system ,it also point out that communicative environment of subject websites should be made up of five subordinate systems (visitor system, information environment forming system information resource system developing and maintaining system).It also mentions the basic model of subject websites construction according to different needs for different clients landing them. It gives specifically analyze to the twofunctional flow charts and E-R chart for instructing teaching and improving studying. It points out the realizing method under the support of digital data.The article takes Chinese the subject for example to make analyze to demand, to subject and to constructional design of websites, summarizes three main ways to realize websites, to collect the interface of Chinese subject websites, and to design and realize the typical page that students of specific list of studying style. Finally it shows the disadvantage and improving direction during the process of developing.
