It is a difficult and important question to improve the validity of ideal education. But in ideal education, there exits aim glorification, content hollowness, means singleness, example sainty and evaluation numnification, so there is always a gap between the results of ideal education and people's expection. The thesis tries to solve the problem with soft management.The thesis is made up of parts. In the first part, the thesis does research on the status of the problem to be solved. In the second part, the thesis draws main management strategies of soft mangegment theory, and expounds the reasons for improving ideal education of middle school according to soft management theory. In the third part, from the point of view of soft management theory, the thesis perspects the roles that hard management plays in all problems and puts forward improvement strategies.Through research, the thesis point out that hard management is the main reason for the invalidity of ideal education of middle schools. Ideal education emphasizes on encouraging self-education. In ideal education of middle school, we should cherish the human-centered idea. Based on this, the dissertation puts forward four strategies of soft management. The strategies are that school set up soft educational aim and enrich various ideal education content and strengthen symbol management of manage and value the environment construction of campus culture and show concerns for the building of campus relationship.
