With the continuous promotion of education reform in China,the importance of school management is becoming more and more important.As a new force for the reform and development of school education,young teachers can better stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of young teachers,make the youth teacher group better for the development of students and the development of the school,which is the new period of school management.Important issues.The development of schools needs scientific management and needs to keep pace with the times.As the main part of educational reform and educational practice,teachers are the important content of school management.The management of people based is from the concept of human based management.It is to understand,trust,respect,care and care for the teachers,attach importance to teachers' needs,encourage teachers to develop,and make every teacher in work.Sense of belonging,sense of worth,sense of achievement,and a more comprehensive development of survival needs.Youth is popular with national prosperity and strong youth is strong in the country,and young teachers are the focus of the beginning of the teacher's career.How to pay more attention to the process of management,how to better develop the young teachers' team,pave the way for the professional development of the young teachers,and change the past in the course of the development of educational undertakings and heavy hardware,light software and heavy extension The phenomenon of culvert provides a decision-making basis for the development of young teachers.This article is divided into four parts,the first part,introduction:mainly including the cause of the study,the purpose and significance of the research,the research status of this topic,the core concept and thetheoretical basis of this study: mainly including management,humanistic management and Herzberg's "double factors",Maslow's needs level theory.The second part is the investigation of the status quo,using the questionnaire and interview method to investigate the current situation of the management of young teachers in X middle school in Lu Chuan County,Yulin,and the existing problems.Among them,the existing problems are1.young teachers' management system and lack of flexibility;2.young teachers' professional growth needs are not paid enough attention to,and the education and teaching level To be promoted,3.young teachers are not equal in pay and income,and the enthusiasm of teaching innovation is reduced;4.young teachers are not active in school management,lack of democratic atmosphere;and 5.young teachers are not strong on school ownership.The third part analyses the causes of the problems in the management of young teachers in the X middle school in Lu Chuan County,Yulin.The problems exist in the analysis of the 1.management concepts,the 2.teachers' professional development platform is not perfect;3.lack of incentive mechanism;the 4.teachers' Congress is in the form of deficiency;5.to the young teachers' humanistic care atmosphere Not enough.The fourth part is the strategy research.In view of the problems found in the above investigation and guided by the concept of humanistic management,the management strategies are put forward from three aspects:first,to build and perfect the people-oriented management system:(1)to improve the incentive system for young teachers;(2)to help the professional development of young teachers;(3)to formulate and implement people as a man.The family work care scheme for young women teachers.Second,to create a culture rich in human feelings:(1)to cultivate the common values of the Faculty of the whole school;(2)to build a harmonious interpersonal relationship;(3)to build a good material and cultural environment.Third,the organization and implementation of the human spirit of the teaching staff activities:(1)to establish a complete program of trade union activities;(2)based on young teachers,to carry out rich collective activities.
