| The Research on the Educational Funds of the Senior Middle School Since the Establishment of the Peple's Republic of ChinaFollowing the history and considering the current situation,I make an research on the educational funds of the senior middle school of our country since the establishment of the peple's republic of china.The article includes three charpters.The first two chapters combs the process of the educational funds of the senior middle school since the establishment of the peple's republic of china in a way of history ,as the process is from single to multiple. And the first two chapters also introduce the developing situation of the senior middle school of that period.The last charpter analyzes the gap of the current educational funds between the provinces, between town and country .between the schools.On the ground of that ,I try to found a way to narrow these gaps.The first chapter includes two parts,the first part combs and includes the change on the way to raise the funds of the senior middle school of our country before 1985 in a way of history .In the other part ,through the data we can find the change on the scale of the senior middle school, the teachers ,the funds and the condition to run a school.The second chapter explore the situation of raising the educational funds that is moving towards many-faceted from 1985.With the operation of the marketing economic mechanism and the improvement of the quality and quantity people desire for the high school education, especially the issue of the decision made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, about the reform on the educational operating mechanism in 1985,the ways of raising the funds broadened, from single-faceted to many-faceted. Therefore, this chapter will introduce the background of this decision and the effect of this decision and many-faceted forms of raising the funds.The third chapter, on the ground of the analyses of the related data, considering the educational developing scale of the town and country, the difference between the provinces of the proportion of student entering higher school, the GDP index and the educational developing level ,the expense of each senior middle school student and the local budgetary operating expenses, we can find the nap between the provinces , the town and the country, and try to discover the cause and find a way to solve these problems. In the view of general existence of the differences between the schools since the establishment of our country, our country came up with the proposition of establishing some high school as an example in 1994,finally this chapter well focus on the establishment of the high school with high quality and the problem how to raise the educational funds. |
