Explore The Establishment Of Human Resource Accounting System In Institutions Of Higher Learning

Human resources are very precious resources. More and more people realize that if an organization wants to survive and develop, it must cherish its human resources. To universities, teachers are the main resources. In this thesis, an attempt to establish a human resource accounting system is illustrated.This thesis can be broken down into four main parts.In the first part, the development of human resource accounting is introduced. This part covers both theoretical and practical development of human resource accounting in China and other countries, mainly in the United States.In the second part, the possibility and necessity of setting up a human resource accounting system in universities are discussed.In the third part, some concepts and methods that will be used or chosen from later are introduced, making a preparation for the establishment of the human resource accounting system.In the last part, the system itself is discussed. Many tables and reports are introduced. The system consists of three levels: individual level, school level and university level.The four parts of this thesis all serve the purpose of helping universities to have the best human resources.
