Content: Until the autumn of 2002, the sum of students from various colleges and universities had risen to 16 million and doubled that of 1998.In fact, the rate of enrollment had reached 15 %.China had entered the stag of Higher Education Massification. The enlarged recruitment meet the need of accelerating the step of Higher Education Massification ,of the mass for education, of the social and economic development, of challenge of knowledge-based economy. And meanwhile, the enlarged recruitment had brought some negative influences to the higher education. Among them, the problem of quality of talents has became the focus that society and the mass concerned most. Enhancing the quality of talent-trained has became the important lesson that the researcher of higher education studied. This thesis, first, analyzed the background and the reality of the enlarged recruitment in colleges and universities, and in this part ,the achievements we have achieved and the problems we will face are elaborated .In the second part, we try to construct a platform to analyze th quality of talent-trained based on the factors that influence the quality of talent-trained in order to expose the problems, arouse the contradiction and lay stress on the shortage on the quality of talent-trained. We investigated the colleges and universities of Jiangxi province and discovered many problems on teachers, students, facilities and management .At last, the measures that ensure the quality of talent-trained are detailed such as speed, source, teaching-reform and management. The main methods we have taken are literature-analysis, questionnaire and compare, etc.
