Studies On Vocational Education Management System Innovation

With the development of our vocational education, there emerge some prominent problems, which He in the student resources, social participation, development balance between regions, employment allowance, funds investment, education quality and efficiency etc. which hinder the continuous development of our vocational education. All these are, in short, due to the structure and function problems of our vocational education management system.This article concludes the features and the objective law of vocational education management and its system, retrospects the evolving process of our vocational education management system, analyzes its current characters and points out its weaknesses. On the basis of comparing and using for references the experience and lessons on the development and reform of vocational education management system both in domestic and at abroad, it approaches the reform and innovation of our vocational education management system, which, as well as our vocational education management activities, should be in full swing first around the following five aspects: the law and regulation system, policy environment, planning as a whole between cities and towns, trades and businesses's participation mechanism, supervision and assessment. Therefore, our vocational education can overcome the difficulties in its development and keep pace with the development of our economy.
