The Study Of The Modern Vocational Education Developing Trend And The Guangxi Vocational Education Reform

Developing vocational education energetically is not only a important developing trend of Chinese educate in 21 centuries, but also a fundamental trend of Guangxi educate development. Developing vocational education energetically do not equal to developing vocational education on a large scale. For fully elaborating this viewpoint of myself, starting from basis concepts such as vocation, vocational ability and vocational education, basing on the understanding and thinking from my vocational education career for 8 years, on the one hand this article fully, elaborates the modern vocational education development theory and tendency, on the other hand ,basing on the view of big vocational education, according to analysis of the present situation and the existence problem of Guangxi vocational education development , it proposes that developing the Guangxi vocational education vigorously, must eradicate the traditional theory of growth on a large scale. To deepen the vocational education reform of Guangxi, the first is to finish the construction and connection of the vocational education system and consummate the layout and the structure. Next is to advance the reform of the necessary management system and operating mechanism cooperating to the vocational education development, including the coordination management mechanism, the pluralistic investments mechanism, the quality appraised mechanism, the talent appraised mechanism and the elastic educational system, the teachers troop construction, setting up the curriculum and so on.
