Like a raging fire one after another, curricula obviously is the most popular word today for the curriculum-reform. Following the previous round curriculum reform in senior high school, the new curriculum scheme offered in senior high school is still in experiment. It is inevitably to attract everyone's attention in curriculum. At the same time, instruction is extremely ignored. Without questions, the content of curriculum includes materials of solid nature, and targets in curriculum-reform should eventually be realized by instruction. In the other words, instruction is provided with the intention, and it can't embraced by the curriculum. How to adjust and make instruction meet the aim in curriculum-reform in senior high school is the principal in this paper. As a result, it is necessary to introduce the differentiating instruction to the new curriculum-reform. Current student body in senior high school is diversified group. To implement instruction in diversified students, promote development in diversity, and achieve success in diversity is major task in the curriculum-reform, the thesis mainly analyses the basic ideology and strategy in differentiating instruction through four sections.Part one: IntroductionThis part presents a brief description of the background, significance and methods of the research.Part two: Differentiating Instruction--the Inevitable Trend ofInstruction In Senior High SchoolThis part mainly analyses the needs to bring forward differentiating instruction. First of all, the new curriculum in senior high school requires instructor to teach accordingly based ort the diversity in student group. Furthermore, differentiating instruction can meet the social need for talents as well as individual need for personal development.Part three: The Supporting Forces for Differentiating Instruction of the Senior High SchoolThe requirement of the senior high school, which prompt to change the structure of the curriculum from offering only single curriculum tohaving multi-choice and optional classes to the students, the changes in national college entrance test from single nationwide form to multi-forms and reforming the educational system, etc, are the major outside driving forces in differentiating Instruction.Part four : The Principal Ideology in Differentiating Instruction in New high School Curriculum"For different level students, treat them differently in level of instruction " is the basic ideology in differentiating Instruction. In this Paper, it is clearly stated that the differentiating Instruction is open for all the students. The differentiating instruction unrestraint the student from the traditional rigid education system, and at the same time, it requires the students to achieve the two educational goals, obtaining basic knowledge and developing practical knowledge. It is very important not only developing the student's language ability and logical analysis capability, but also foster diversified knowledge development for each individual student.Part five: The Basic Strategy in Differentiating Instruction in New high School CurriculumThe basic strategy in differentiating study was discussed in this section. The first, the teachers are the core elements. They should develop themselves and become the research-type teacher; The second, the teachers and students are encouraged to build up the relationship, and foster effective educational-exchanges between the teacher and the student; The third, enforce the corporation among the teachers, share the resources and adopt the small instruction team strategy; The fourth, dialogue the student's knowledge preparation; adopt the frame-style educational strategy. The fifth, adopt the multi-educational assessment strategy, which includes the individualism as a criterion in the educational assessment.
