Along with << the Compendium About the Reform of the National Basic Curriculum>> and < being promulgated and put into practice by the National Ministry of Education , The reform of our country' s basic musical curriculum has stepped into a deep stage gradually. The curriculum reform is bringing not only big and good opportunities to teacher' s development, but also rigorous challenges . Among them, the most basically challenge is the challenge of teacher's role. Right cognition of teacher' s roles under the new curriculum will affect the exaltation of teacher's diathesis and working talent directly and then affect the curriculum reform being put into practice. Owing to this, this thesis will try to inquiry into problems about musical teacher's role conversion in the reform of musical curriculum , set up reasonable musical teacher's diathesis construction and put forward some teaching strategies that make teacher adapt to new roles. All of these are thorough the foundation of the comprehension of our curriculum reform , regarding new curriculum's principle as basis.This thesis includes three parts of introdction, text andconclusion . Introduction clarifies the research motive andmeaning of this question for study. The text is composed of fourparts. The first part expatiates the cognitions about the reform of our country' s basic musical curriculum and the basic principle of new curriculum delicately. The second part analyzes the challenges to traditional musical teacher' s role and expatiates musical teacher's every kinds of roles detailed from angles of teacher' s profession, the relation of teacher and pupil, musical curriculum , teacher ownself, teacher and the others' s relationship . The third part puts forward reasonable musical teacher' s diathesis construction that make teacher be competent for new teacher' s roles. The forth part takes some factual class teaching records and analyzes of some class teaching examples as form, puts forward some teaching strategies. The conclusion gives a sunmary for the thesis.
