With the new curriculum reform and the gradual deepening of the implementation of quality education,language teachers,particularly in rural areas of Chinese language teachers for the new curriculum standards reflect the spirit and the many new ideas have had a discomfort and confusion to the requirements of New Curriculum Health-oriented,and actively guide students to develop "self-determination,cooperation and explore" approach to learning as well as the construction of an open,orderly and dynamic spirit of the Chinese concept of the new curriculum for rural teachers of Chinese have had a great impact,and rural teachers National primary and secondary school teachers accounted for more than 70%of the total,are Chinese and other primary and secondary school students learn the basic curriculum,tools,subjects, therefore,the ability of teachers to rural Chinese New Curriculum on the basis of the spirit and philosophy,and actively adapt to the new curriculum successful implementation of the conversion of teacher's role,the new curriculum reform are the key to success.In this paper,the conversion of teacher's role in grooming the theory on the basis of the record by watching teaching,experts and other forms,to understand the teaching of rural first-line role in the conversion of Chinese teachers and confusing questions,and strive to find the role of language teachers in rural areas for the success of the conversion.Thesis is divided into four parts:The first part:The multianalysis role,the teacher role,the language teacher role's connotation and the extension,have discussed the traditional teacher role limitation and the root, as well as studies the teacher role to transform,impels the significance which the countryside language teacher role transforms.The second part:Obtained from the current times change and educational reform's big background,to elaborate the teacher role transformation is the information age,the era of knowledge economy development intrinsic request,simultaneously was also the teacher specialization development tidal current request inevitably,the new class changed with the education for all-around development develops thoroughly unceasingly,requested us to take the teacher role transformation research.The third part:Mainly elaborated the localization question which the teacher role transforms.Has solved the necessary problem which the teacher role transforms,then what teacher's question discussed the language teacher to transform,namely language teacher's localization question.Namely the countryside language teacher should become the culture learner,inheritance and inventor;Language study organizer,guide and learner;Language new curriculum practitioner,researcher and teacher;The language teacher should also be the student healthy psychology debugging,the culturist. The fourth part:The union language teacher role localization's request,through analyzes our country rural economy and the elementary education development present situation thoroughly,I summarize summarize the countryside language teacher to realize the teacher role success transformation from four aspects,namely transformation tradition education teaching idea; Increases the financial support dynamics,improves the countryside language teacher's wages and benefits;Takes the countryside language teacher's on-the-job training and the further education; Raises the countryside language teacher's specialized level.
