Justice is human society's basic idea and behavioral criterion with perpetual value. The conception of justice covers an extensive range. It not only involves society's basic system, but also involves social members' basic behavioral choice. Justice has the liability of social system, that is, justice relates to certain society's basic system. With this basic criterion it stipulates the social members' specific rights and obligations, the proper arrangements and allocations of resources and benefits among social groups. Social justice pays close attention to whether social system accords with humanity's basic requirements or not, whose aim is to innovate and construct society's cooperative system so that the conditions of people's existence and development can be guaranteed. Social justice embodies in the fields of politics, economy, culture and education etc. Social justice in education mainly manifests justice and equality of educational rights and opportunities. The unequal phenomena of people's achievement opportunities that are caused by the distinction of class background in the long periods of human society should be remedied by proper measures of education. Eliminating poverty, social inequality, racialism and discrimination to let the people of the underworld have the opportunity to live a happier life, education is one of the motive forces. Furthermore the idea of lifelong education adapts to the requirements of reformation and development and reflects modem people's requirements from its specific angle of view, so lifelong education will ultimately converge into the motive forces of social justice. With the aim of people's emancipation, self-achievement and self-perfection, lifelong education inevitably pays attention to the realization of people's equal opportunity and eventually establishes a learning society which accords with social justice and the wholepeople's happiness.The direct relation between lifelong education and social justice mainly embodies in the acceleration of educational fairness that lifelong education has done. As an aim of modern social policy and educational policy, educational fairness is a forceful way to realize social justice and social democracy. Lifelong education being public education for all the people aims to guarantee all the social stratum's common happiness. This kind of education does great help to accelerate just social system. As an idea of adapting to innovation, lifelong education inevitably can't be neutral in the changeable world. It can affect and participate social innovation. Lifelong education indeed may become a kind of policy because it can achieve equality through providing special opportunity, furthermore, it can practically compensate for the underprivileged groups. The achievement of social justice is long-drawn, but the continual reformation of lifelong education can give impulse to the achievement of social justice. Though the effect of lifelong education is partial, and its developmental course is slow, it is surely a right path of going out of the present plight and achieving social justice.Social justice provides ideological and systematic guarantee for the enforcement of lifelong education. The implied value of justice, such as equality liberty, and democracy etc, should be embodied in the social basic structure or the legal regime. Then we can say this society is of justice. In other words, only when a society embodies the value of equality, liberty and democracy etc, can it be of justice. Social justice provides the idea of equality, liberty and democracy for the practice of lifelong education. Country or society is the real stage and essential condition for the people's pursuit of justice. Only by setting up just country and society can people's pursuit of justice be achieved. While the idea and principle of justice must be transformed into real strength, that is to say they should be transformed into system, law etc which has practical significance.
