Study On The Employment Problems Of Women Under The Market Economy

In the past century, especially after World War II, women's high employment and extensive social participation have already become the world trend. China even changed enormously in the same period. After founding the state, Chinese women put into social labor actively under the country's support, participate in socialist modernization drive extensively. Reform and opening-up and setting-up of the socialist market economy system have offered the wide space for women's employment again. However, under the market economy condition, the factors , such as huge pressure on employment, women's own cultural dynamics, society's traditional sex consciousness ,etc. interweave together and make employment face severe challenge .So, this paper intends to combine the relevant work statistics, takes the method of the ration combining together with determining the nature, makes a concrete analysis of the background in an era of market economy and the real situation of women's employment, and then announces the problems of women's employment , and excavates its reasons. Finally, a comparison is made between China and foreign countries; lessons are drawn from the practice of developed countries; corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
