Presently, as , and promulgate one after another with implementation, the discussions about how the Chinese language teaching develops the humanistic quality arises people's attention day by day. This essay mainly deals with the loss of current students' humanistic quality, utilizes the basic principles of pedagogy, language pedagogy and humanities, employing logic deduces and elaborating how to realize the humanities in the course of Chinese education, thus constructs humanistic spirit among the students in a completely new way.The introduction part mainly elaborates the related debates on language humanities and the limits between Chinese humanistic quality and Chinese educational humanities. The first chapter embarks from the three platforms that instruct the Chinese teaching work, indicating the necessity and the inevitability of humanities in Chinese education and further inquires nine kinds of value ideas about humanities in Chinese education. The second chapter embarks from the dominant field of read-write aspect, penetrates into the students' intrinsic aspect of knowledge and cordiality, explores how to carry out the operation inside and outside the stratification plane, thus realizes the humanities. The third chapter embarks from the key point of Chinese teaching work-the teachers, discusses some humanistic qualities a teacher is supposed to possesses: scientific spirit, democratic spirit, morality character and free spirit. As a result, a teacher must try to make his teaching humanistic, his knowledge humanistic and his teaching method humanistic.
