The Chinese subject melting mind, literature and implement together, belongs to the category of imagical thinking basically. The connotation of Chinese is abundant, broad and profound. If Chinese teachers want to accomplish the teaching tasks, they must stand on the characteristics of Chinese subject, reinforce their human accomplishment, improve their own human attainment , treat themselves as transmitters of human civilization, try to explore the human spirit displayed in the text, make the students feel the spirit of traditional culture in Chinese class. The writer thinks that humanity is the nucleus of Chinese characteristics___ to improve Chinese teachers' human accomplishment , and develop the students' human spirit.. This text will state this: In Chinese if we want to advocate the quality education, we must improve the teachers' human accomplishment, from the present condition of Chinese classes, Chinese teachers' reading after class, the human function of Chinese, the human connotation of the textbook and the character of Chinese questions in the College Entrance Examination. The text pointed out three ways to improve the Chinese teachers' human accomplishment : First, Chinese teachers should have a child-loving heart; Second, teaching language is the oral show of Chinese teachers' human accomplishment; Third, writing skills are the Chinese teachers' written display. Reading and appreciating are the interior of Chinese teachers' human accomplishment. That the students can be made to reflect history and melt reality in class is the Chinese teachers' exterior display. Chinese study is not an end, but the transmission of gradual and distant human accomplishment , and the spirit or blood transplant which continue from the above the introduce the following, and it is the transmission of the ripe fire. When we communicate with each other using something from Chinese , the writer thinks that we are using surfacely the characteristics of its tools, in fact we are perfecting its humanity in connotation here. It contains mind ,attitude, value sense, moral accomplishment and other poly consciousness. Well, how to transmit these truly, honestly, abundantly, and enlightenedly to make it come into the soul of humans, all of these are the things that are worth thinking by our teachers whose duty is to transmit the cultures and reasons, teach knowledge and solve the puzzles of the students.
