Our country is a united multi-ethnic socialist country, in which national education is an important component of education cause, and the development of national education is the important foundation to promote common progress and prosperity of all ethnic groups development. In recent years, under the leadership of the provincial party committee and government, qinghai province, has fully implemented the strategy of revitalizing the province through science and education. Meanwhile, the province has formed the common view that revitalization the science and technology goes before that of Qinghai, it is the same with the economic development of ethnic areas, which is the outcome of the development of education in ethnic minority areas. We should always put the national education as an important and difficult work of education in Qinghai province. And take a series of special policies and effective measures which combine, support and deeply reform, financial support and work guidance to push national education steadily forward.The province has a total of more than one thousand national primary and secondary schools. In various courses of compulsory education stage, the language is the representative of humanistic disciplines, the language discipline has rich humanism, which is focus on man’s all-round development and the improvement of overall quality. And the middle school students in this basic education stage are in a critical period of the forming of their outlook on life. Therefore, the middle school language teacher’s influence on the students is very important, and the language teacher’s active guidance for the students’ healthy growth plays an important role. In order to improve the students’ humanities accomplishment and have a healthy growth and a perfect personality, the task to improve the middle school language teacher’s humanities is extremely urgent.Combining the results of previous scholars, this paper concludes the humanities connotation of middle school language teacher, and make a scientific construction from the perspective of the connotation. The middle school language teacher’s humanities content is supposed to mainly includes four aspects, namely the cultural knowledge, cultural character, the humanistic spirit and humanistic practice quality. Humanities accomplishment is the foundation of knowledge, humanistic moral is the essence of humanism accomplishment is the core and humanistic practice quality is a way. This is the first part of this article. The second part analyzed the first national secondary school days tianjun county in Qinghai province and the language teacher’s basic situation of the humanities by the form of questionnaire and interview, this part increases the operability and credibility for the research topic. The third part, analyzed the existing problems and causes of tianjun county first middle school language teacher national culture accomplishment according to the specific analysis of the investigation. The article last part made an attempt to propose to improve middle school language teacher’s humanistic literacy levels for tianjun county, aiming at practical problems existing in the humanities.The connotation of middle school language teachers’ humanities is extremely rich. Attaching importance to it and its improvement are beneficial to better the overall quality of Chinese teachers in ethnic minority areas. The improvement of middle school language teacher humanities cultivated manners can directly affect the formation of humanities cultivated manners and good moral character at of middle school students in national regions and ethnic minority areas, which can realize the glorious development of education cause in national regions and various ethnic unity and progress in turn.
