21 century is a time of studying .The emphasis of education does not lies on teaching students the changeless knowledge, but turns to create the new studying style of the students. Under this background, education researchers made great deal of research work, one of which is trying to use every kind of teaching and learning models. Resources Based Learning is emerged at this time.Resources Based Learning has its great advantages and it can be widely used. In abroad, people made more study on this kind of learning model, however men paid little attention in our homeland.
