Spoken language communication is the most important means by which people communicate with each other. Attaching importance to spoken language communication teaching is the common trend for the languages teaching in all parts of the world.For a long time past, the traditional spoken language teaching highly values speak makes light of listening, highly values language, express and training ability of organization. With the written language teaching substitutes for spoken language teaching. Actually spoken language communication teaching is teaching with the essential aim for fostering students' ability in spoken language communication. Social intercourse is the aim and spoken language is the means.In accordance with spoken language communication ability is a kind of national connotation which is based on comprehensive ability of communication, according to student is the main body for the spoken language. At the course of practice for social intercourse activity by means of assimilation. Compliance and transform into growth development regular with attesting pattern, in view of ability for spoken language communication is obtaining language learning theory at the course of practicing activities, base upon constructionist teaching outlook and after using the successful spoken language teaching experience of other countries for reference, this article expounds and proves the spoken language-communication teaching which should be base on social intercourse with the viewpoint of classroom teaching is the main form for going on the real language communication activities and practices the activity content of spoken language communication teaching, Teaching basic step, teaching tactics and assessment method etc for exploring at the course of teaching, for promoting spoken language communication development.
