Full-time Compulsory Education Chinese Course Criterion (experiment) pointed out: The ability of spoken language communication is absolutely necessary as a modern citizen, so we should cultivate the students' abilities of listening, expression, and reply. These new ideas of spoken language communication abilities require spoken communication teaching closer to life and more useful, emphasizing communication, realizing the true value of spoken communication teaching, improving the students' comprehensive Chinese attainment.In this paper, focusing on the distinguishing of connotation of "the spoken communication ability" , the author analysises the current situation of the junior Chinese spoken language communication teaching both in internality and externality, absorbs in some experience of foreign teaching activities by cognition of the three courses ,i.e. meditation, formation, technique, connects with rich experience of herself in teaching, and tries to choose and design oral activities that suit these courses. It is the highlight of this paper. The author hopes that this paper can offer some references on theory and practice for those teachers taking up teaching these courses.
