The educational reform of our country that deepens day by day is calling the individualized education. Chinese teaching is liberal arts, having unmatched conditions in carrying on individualized education. However, with historical reasons and so on, our composition teaching is implementing a kind of "standard rule" for a long time, which brings on the lack of individuality in students composition. In allusion to this current situation, this text from article studying, pedagogy and psychology angels, also combined successful experience of composition teaching for many years, explores the individualized cultivation in composition writing of middle school students from the following three respects:Firstly, optimize the individualized writing environment, for instance , build good teaching atmosphere, establish favorable writing mental state, recommend variety of proposition and writing at liberty, set up and encourage appraisal system of individual character development .Secondly, enrich details in individualized writing, for example, substantiate life - accumulate individualized experience,substantiate knowledge - accumulate individualized sentiment,substantiate thoughts - accumulate individualized thinking.Thirdly, train ability of individualized writing, including training the cognitive individual character of writing, training conceptive ability, bringing up individual ideation, fostering the ability of selecting suitable materials and individualized language.
