The teacher-student interaction in the classroom is interacted that take place between teachers and students under the circumstance of the interaction in classroom. Setting up interaction mode of the teach-studying in the classroom, and making teachers and students study in the interaction are the important thought about teach-studying in the classroom in the basic-education curriculum reform.At present, the experiment of the new curriculum reform has spread all over the country. In Jiuquan city, there are nine primary schools as experimental spots offer test classes of the new curriculum reform in Grade One. The state of the teacher-student interaction in the classroom will fully reflect the classroom life in the curriculum reform. And in the emotional communication between teaches and students in class. Therefore, this research is focused on the teacher-student interaction in classroom by means of qualitative methods. By choosing teachers and students from Class Two, Grade One in Jiuquan Normal School Affiliated Primary School as the studying object, the researcher observed and investigated the teacher-student interaction in putting question, explanation, discussion and emotional communication between teachers and students interact in classroom. As a result, during the course, compared with the traditional interaction in classroom, the teacher-student interaction mode, the diversity display from studying objects during teacher-student interaction, the effect of teacher-student interaction and the emotional communication in teacher-student interaction, have made distinct improvement. Yet there are still some questions why lie in systems, opinions and specific operation.The research utilized on-the-spot observation and investigation, and recurred the teacher-student interaction in classroom in the test class of the new curriculum reform. It provides useful practical materials for people to recognize and understand the teacher-student interaction in classroom in the new curriculum reform. Furthermore, it puts forward the train of thought for these who make further study of the teacher-student interaction in the new curriculum reform.
