The early 20th century, the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council made the request about "Deepening educational reform, promoting quality-oriented education", in the recent 10 years foundation education curriculum reform, was in full swing, I have learned a lot of teaching results, new education concept and teaching to the classroom, permeates gradually to middle and primary school teaching has undergone earth-shaking changes. With the new curriculum reform, college entrance examination system also created a new form, more in line with the new period of talent selection and cultivation. While passels accept the new curriculum reform, and the new selection system of excellent student enters college life is important phase of the study on, these students in the concept of new curriculum reform and innovative edification after raise, the teaching mode innovation consciousness improved, problem solving way of thinking, and they have more logic of college classroom teaching requirements are more high, so we can meet the college classroom student demand? How to reform can cultivate creative thinking, the higher the development of all the aspects DE wisdom, conform to social needs of qualified graduates? Therefore, this article with the basic education curriculum reform with the cohesion college teaching as the research college teaching reform to the point, the hope can the teaching reform of higher education to make modest contribution.This paper, by means of documentation, observation and comparison method, the case study research method, by means of the combination of constructivism learning theory, from two aspects of theory and practice of college teaching reform, this paper studied were divided into four parts:The first part, Introduction. The author of the current era of education requirements and education reform situation, based on college teaching reform, namely, put forward the new question in the background of the new curriculum reform, how to serve college teaching reform? Facing this problem, the author sort and analyze the predecessors to college teaching research and achievements, and stated the thinking and the breakthrough point.The second part, the research of related theory. This part, the author define the related concepts, such as "teaching", "class teaching system", "teaching" concept definition. Then, based on research of learning theory used-constructivist learning theory analysis, constructivism learning respectively from the view and constructivist teaching two aspects are discussed in this paper.The third part, basic education curriculum reform and the college teaching reform. This part of the author based education reform briefly introduced respectively by suggesting, concept and target, summarizes the college entrance examination system innovation of college teaching reform, the history and status of paper is discussed, and based education curriculum reform in college teaching reform.The fourth part of college teaching reform ideas and Suggestions. This part of the author universities in classroom teaching, some Suggestions were put forward:one is the classroom teaching of reconstruction and update. The second, it is to study the teaching method, reconstruction of classroom teaching mode, three is class teaching evaluation diversification, four is the establishment of new teacher-student relationship, five is the college teaching reform should play the role of bear up under.The fifth part of our school, the analysis of The Advanced Quantum Mechanics classroom teaching reform case. This chapter discusses the author in physics and institute of information technology in our school "Higher Quantum Mechanics" class teaching reform process.
