Communicative rationality is put forward by Habermas, Germany social critics, to save rationality and modernility. Its aim is to integrate instrumental rationality with value rationality so as to solve the paradox of rationality, that is, human rationality is lost and misunderstood because of instrumental rationality over value rationality. Its objective lies in inter-subjectivity, the co-relation between subject and object. Different from traditional rationality, focusing on self-center, communicative rationality advocates the equality, dialogue, communication and understanding between subject and nature, subject and society, subject and object.Education, as an activity to cultivate human, has to relieve this crisis. Besides, in modern school paradigm, utilitarianism bureaucratic organization and one-sided quantification management have made school in trouble. This requires the construction of communicative rationality in school., which views the human in organization is the combination of subjectivity, sociality and nature. Thus, in the process of education, more emphasis should be put on human and its subjectivity to cultivate new type of talent with inter-subjectivity character. In this paradigm, due to the real equal communication, relationship of "you" and "I" is formed between manager and its objective, teacher and student. Furthermore, efficiency and humanity are highly emphasized in management and organization so as to form a highly flexible organization structure, with its development purpose to construct a learning innovating organization including all members.
