Research On The Practical Mechanism Of Collective Economic Organization Development From The Perspective Of Rural Community Rationality

The development of collective economic organizations is of great significance for strengthening the village collective economic strength,optimizing the allocation of agricultural production factors,improving the rural public service capacity,and promoting farmers to achieve common prosperity.Taking Village B as an example,this paper examines in detail the structural background and practical form of the development of village collective economic organization,and then analyzes the social basis on which the rationality of village community can be maximized and the operation mechanism of the rationality of village community in the development process of village collective economic organization.The research conclusions are as follows:The inefficient allocation of production factors such as land and labor force,the marginalized status of village collectives and the input of national poverty alleviation resources are the structural background of the development of village collective economic organization.As far as the practical path of collective economic organization development is concerned,On the one hand,Village B innovates the land circulation mode and actively integrates the land resources in the village;on the other hand,it invigorates the idle resources in the village,cultivates competitive industries,and promotes the integrated development of Daxing tea tourism.At the same time,it also adheres to the ecological industry and is committed to promoting the circular development of the village.The development of collective economic organization reflects the rationality of village society,whose social foundation lies in the support of acquaintance network in rural society and the embedment of economic elites in village governance.On the one hand,based on the minimization of the transaction cost of village collective,that is,the reduction of external transaction cost by collective rationality and the reduction of internal governance cost by acquaintance relations form an important driving force for the development of village collective economic organization.On the other hand,based on the maximization of the organizational rent of the village collective,it promotes the development of the village collective economic organization by carrying out brand marketing,increasing villagers' income,promoting the localization of labor force employment,enhancing villagers' identification with the village community,and activating villagers' creativity.
