Meanings Of Education Industry And Correlative Issues Analysis

First, this paper demonstrates the rationality of education industry concept from two hands. The first hand is its history that education industry concept formed and developed. The second hand is a series of Marxian views on the connections between education and economy as well as "Human Capital theory" formed in the end of 1950s. At the same time, on the basis of discriminating the correlative notions of education industry, this paper advances the meanings of education industry.Next, this paper expounds the necessity of erecting education industry viewpoints and the possibility of developing education industry from four hands correspondingly.Thirdly, the paper stressfully expounds the practice from three respects: First, applying the ideals of industry reforms the educational management system and the circulation mechanism in order to improve the management efficiency. On the basis of analyzing those issues in the educational management system and school inner management, the writer proposes a series of reform suggestion. Next, using the ways of industry management, the funds of education are raised through multi-ways. The writer thinks, the guiding charge criterion should be drawn up and the charge of selectivity education should be standardized according to the characteristics of educational structures. In compulsory education phase, the charge of selectivity education should be within the law, and the criterion of charge adjusted and standardized according to society situation. In non-compulsory education phase, especially higher education, the criterion of charge should be perfected according to local resident income. The education run by thelocal people should be encouraged to widen the sources of education finance. Thirdly, building and perfecting the education evaluation system and standardizing the circulation order to ensure the education quality is the important contents of developing education industry.Lastly , the paper sets forth two relations that should correctly be treated between educational laws and economic laws, as well as between the market spontaneous control and the government macroeconomic control.
