The communality is not only the fundamental attribute of the public higher education, but also of the private higher education. Nowadays, along with the development of the society, economy and the popularization of the higher education, education needs have increased so much that the private higher education need develop urgently in our country. Because of the history background, national concept, policy support and etc. of the private higher education differs a lot from the public higher education, the private higher education is still faced with great pressure and challenge.This paper makes a clear definition of the communality of the private higher education, analyze the present development of the private higher education in our country and explains the great contribution of the communality attribute, then demonstrate the potential of the private higher education and indicate the feasibility and the approach for its development.The author thinks that the education communality doesn't lie on the formation of the education institute, not be against with the efficiency valuate favor, not be exclusive from the modern marketing economy.
